WANTED TO MODIFY ORDER, SENT MESSAGE, WAS TOLD TO CANCEL IT AND REORDER. COULD NOT FIND A WAY TO CANCEL!

I WROTE:

I Just placed an order # L1xxxxxxx. I wanted to send the items to different places. please cancel order so that I can change mailing address. In addition, I did not know how to obtain my 10% first order discount so this was not applied.

We are sorry to hear you have to cancel your order.

Make sure the the coupon has not expired (most will show the expiry date). During the checkout process, go to your shopping bag and find the “Promotion Code” box. Enter the full promotion code and click "Apply".

You can only use one coupon code per order. A coupon can only be used to cover the value of goods, they cannot be used for discount shipping fees or insurance.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of misrepresentation and refund policy. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of dresslily coupon. Dresslily needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
