BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. I placed a large order on Dec.

4. for a bunch of Christmas gifts. I got email confirmation and they charged my card right away. I still haven't received anything- they don't answer the phone or respond to their customer "service tickets" (which they guarantee a response within 24 hours- yea right) and by the looks of other reviews on here, I probably will be contacting my bank and reporting them.

Please do not make the same mistake I did.

STAY AWAY. This is what I get for not just spending the money and using a reputable retailer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: I never received the items, Horrible customer service.
