Ordered accessories from dresslily and was SO frustrated!!!! I Received all broken merchandise - they asked I take photos of it all which I did - and sent them in.

THAT was Feb. 2014. It is now July 2014 and I am STILL waiting for a credit of which they have tried everything to get out of - emailing me back and forth asking if I will accept a lesser amount than I paid because this is "also a loss to us as well!!!!" WHEN do you find that with good service?!

I am still waiting for my $$.... and probably will NEVER see it with this scam of a company.

Monetary Loss: $28.
