I bought a few items and never received them when i try to type the order number they telling me is incorrect am trying to contact someone to have my money refund am no getting through to no one not even with a phone number they have it not work i will take this matter far if i dont have my refunds back into my account i dont want the intem it takes too long to get here at the time specified and no one seem to let you know what going on. I contacted the post office and they told me they cant do anything about it.

I contact Dresslily about this and all the answer am getting from them is can you contact your post office which i told them so many time i did and still didnt received my order. I spent £83 on 3 shirts and a trainer never seen my order and never get back any refund no one seem to getting my problem resolved i will copy all the message i sent them and what were their responce goin on to 3 months now and still no refund or my order i will not stop i published all the email i sent them and what were their responce on all website I know they advertising their product people should not buy from them my first time shopping from them and no items receive until now or my money back

I bought it since December And you put my incorrect post code on ny order i try to tell you all about this and ask for my refund no one seem to resolve my problem i want my money back i dont want you all items i never got them how many time must i say the sane thing over and over to you guys
