Im trying to do use my credit of $75.00

As im prompted to change my password now i go to change and hit the proceed button, but wont let me click proceed to claim the credit. In fact aftet both passwords are out in there is absolutely no way to click on any button on that screen. But will still let me swipe up and down, so its not my phone, its the site
