I received some clothing and immediately asked how to return since the address on the package is China??? I did not like the pattern after all.

I never even opened the package. I have heard nothing from them and it is 2 weeks later. My time to return the items is slowly running out. This is my first time ordering and my last!!

There also was no invoice in the package so I was concerned that by sending it back (once I find out where to send it) I won't get credit for the items.

This is such bad customer service. I have never had to deal with anything like this ever!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DressLily Cons: Way my return is being handled.
