DressLily - Stole My Money.....Run Far Away from this Company
1st order: purchased 2 tops, sent me wrong size. Via emails, I was told to keep the tops & donate them (I still have the tops) and I would be credited.
I couldn't believe that a Company would refund my money without the product. 4 months later, I am still trying to receive my refund. I have the product to send back but they keep telling me they don't want the product back. 2nd order: purchased 2 tops, 6 weeks later I was told that the tops are no longer available and would I like (a) store credit or (b) 2 new tops.
I requested a complete refund and was told no problem.
Here we are 6 weeks later and I still have no refunds. I call, I send emails and I keep getting the same line "we will refund your original form of purchase immediately." I am still waiting.
