Ordered stickers..yes that is right stickers or at least wall stickers for a light switch and a door. The shipping took three weeks to come!
When I finally submitted a ticket after getting the sticker that goes on the light switch and not the door, they claimed that I had to basically track down the package. Thank goodness the same day I complained was the same time the packaged arrived.. I love that they have the wall stickers but I will not be buying anything else from this online store. Awful customer service!!
They also mentioned that messaging them online is best and they always will respond..not true.. I complained weeks ago online and nothing.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
