I ordered 2 bathing suits from dresslilly on May 16th. I selected 8-11 day shipping and assumed that my suits would arrive within 2 weeks.

Nope. They did not indicate when I paid for quicker shipping that processing the suits could take 7-15 days ON TOP of the 8-11 days to ship. It's now June 5th and I still don't have either suit, though one does appear to be arriving soon. I'm going on vacation in 4 days and had to buy another suit to make sure I had one in time for my vacation.

Then...to make things worse, they only shipped one suit. They claimed the other one was out of stock and would be restocked on June 5th. Nowhere in their website did it indicate it was out of stock. In face, while I was chatting with a customer service representative, I looked it up and it claimed it was in stock.

They finally sent that suit on June 1st. It was ironic that both times they sent the suit was after I complained via chat about the suits not arriving on time. I am hoping they fit and are good quality, but even if they are, I most likely won't order from them again. The shipping is just too much of a pain.

If I had been told it would take nearly a month to get the suits, I wouldn't have ordered them. It was false marketing.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $42.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

DressLily Pros: Cost, Style, Customer chat.

DressLily Cons: Automated customer response, Delivery time was misleading, Website stock was misleading.
