Terrible customer service! Not sure why they show a "live chat" when you can't get anyone live!

There are no phone numbers to call; only email. I have left two "requests" for explanation a to where my items are but have not received any answer at all. I received one of three items ordered; three tops. What I received was shipped regular mail and nothing takes that long to ship; yet alone to receive!

It took three weeks to receive the one item and have yet to get the other two! It has been over a month now! They were certainly very quick to charge my credit card but no response to inquiries!

I am sending a dispute with my credit card to, hopefully, get it reimbursed through them. I will NEVER order anything from them again!

Reason of review: Never received items.

Monetary Loss: $22.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DressLily Cons: Merchandise not received but charged.
