Hello, I'm NOW seeing on the site it says shipping to the united states typically takes up to 19 days. I need to know how much longer it will be to get my items because they are 1) christmas decorations and 2) christmas presents.

So if they will not be here before christmas I need to know and I'd like to cancel them. Also I am locked out of my account. First it was telling me I had the wrong password which I didnt, so I reset it and know I have the right one. And now its saying I failed to validate the code.

Which I can read english. I'm putting in exactly what is there. So why can't I log on? This has been all around a hassle and not very good experience.

As of right now I definitely would not recommend. Can I please get some assistance?

And If my packages aren't coming soon I need to know how to cancel the order. Thanks Tiffany
