I also ordered a fish tail blanket in Nov for a Christmas present.Tracking shows it made it to California on Dec 8th but we never received it.
Email customer service and they told us to wait till Jan 25th and let them know if we still don't have it and they would come up with a resolution for us. That resolution is that since we did not purchase insurance for shipping the product that the best they can do is to have us pay an additional 50% of the previous payment and they will ship us another. According to them it is the shipping companies responsibility and fault we did not get the item.
1st & only time I do business with them.They are a crooked company that takes your money and you get nothing in return.
