In process of chargeback due to merchandise not received. Responded once with a claim that it could take a month.

It had already been a month and now 2 weeks plus a month. No shipping information. I understand international is difficult to track, however not if you use a reputable shipping source. They do this so you have no idea if it's on the way, being made or you are not actually getting your item at all.

I've worked in logistics.

It appears (according to other posts I've read) that they sell the product, have someone sew it or attempt to and them ship. Nothing looks the same.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Dresslily. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
