DressLily - Money taken from Paypal
Dresslily has a tab that you can click to show your orders and i did that and it tells me i have not orders. No where on there website or they showing to have my order.
But PayPal shows they deducted their payment. I'm hoping there not a scam, but sure looks like it. After reading reviews I am seeing this problem has occurred many other times. I will dispute this with Paypal.
I have sent two emails to the email address Dresslily provided, but as of now now response has be sent to me.
Please shut this company down if there scamming people. This is ridiculous.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $36.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

thank you, i ordered through paypal too. they are able to make a dispute, but that is as far as I got for now
Dresslily is a scam.
Hi there. I run a Facebook page devoted to people scammed by Dresslily.
Don't even deal with them. Take photos. Document that there is no phone number to call or address to send & any correspondence you've had with Dresslily and go DIRECTLY TO PAYPAL. That's who you report this to.
PAYPAL is fully aware Dresslily scams customers but they continue to allow Dresslily to use their transaction services.
Trust me.. They have thousands of complaints on file & issue refunds frequently.
Let them handle the mess.
And let your credit card company know.

Update: As of December 1, 2016, I did receive half of my order, but still not a response one from customer service. I will wait a bit longer to see if I receive the other half of my order. Thanks
