DressLily - Item never received
I never received an item in my order and they make it so difficult to contact them that most people just give up which is what they want so they don't have to issue a refund. Their customer support instructed me to wait over two months to see if it would come in, but of course it didn't.
When I contacted them after the 2 months they wanted me to start the process all over from the beginning. If you write a bad review on their website they just don't publish it. This website should be shut down.
I've seen other review very similar to mine. They are ripping people off.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
DressLily Cons: Customer service.
