I'm V.Holmes. i paid for and purchased 5 wigs. They arrived while i was out of town. The wigs weren't what i ordered and of poor quality and no style. I've contacted them via email and no response. I want a refund. If they don't respond they'll keep my money. I'll be stuck with the trashy wigs that i don't want. $54 is a lot to be out of. Glad i didn't do the much larger purchased. This Tiger is truly one pissed off consumer.

I will never again order from this site and I am spreading the word to everyone I can about this company.They posted pictures that are people's actual hair styles to sell wigs. I ordered three based on those pics what I received was three birds nest. No shape or form in crushed packaging. I returned them at my expense tried to resolve the issue and was told I would only be offered a 10% discount off my next offer.Never again!!!

I ordered 2 wigs from Dress Lilly and one was fine-the other was horrible it looked like somebody had been out all night strung out on crack with big chunks of nappy hair in different levels.I didn't expect the hair to look so horrible. I want a refund of my purchase price but I will give them one more try. My daughter bought one wig and it looked nice but was a tighter curl than the picture.
