Ordered 3 swimsuits. I read the foreign sizing descriptions and picked out a size that matched my measurements. All three suits were too tight. A "10" in U.S. is usually a bit large for me. These were all too small. They offered only a $28 credit on a $56 purchase....

Not looking for a refund since I don't want to go to the bother of returning them, I just want them to be aware of their screwy sizes and label the clothes more accurately! Ordering from them is a *** you never know if the item will fit or not.

I ordered 5 shirts using their size chart they wouldn't even fit my grandson. I refused to send any pictures, thats a stall tactic and no company ever has asked me to do this.

I finally disputed the charges with American Express and received my money back. Scam Company

I am surprised reading all those negative comments about Dresslily. I initially order four shirts, but I ordered the wrong size.

I sent them back and I got my money back very soon. Then, I order again with the right size and I got my shirts right on time and with the right size.

I wonder if those negative comments are associated not with "Dresslily" as a company but with employees who are not well qualified to deal with customers ordering products from Dresslily. So, if this is is the case then I am very lucky that the employee helping me dealing with my issues at Dresslily was highly qualified to solve my problem.
