I still have not received an item that I ordered. When I checked online it said it had been delivered.
I submitted multiple help tickets, but they just kept telling me to be patient because delivery takes a while. No one seemed capable of understanding that my overall concern was that the status said delivered. Someone finally actually read the email (4th or 5th attempt) and said I should ask my neighbors if they had it.
Most unprofessional, unresponsive, idiotic "customer service" I have ever experienced. I still don't have the item and they couldn't give less of a *** about it.
