So disappointed that this website appears to be a total scam!! The dress I bought was gorgeous and I still would really love to have it but I fear I'll never receive it or my money back.

Ordered a beautiful dress on November 17, 2016 and have yet to receive it as of today, February 12, 2017. I can't reach anyone on the live chat due to the Chinese New Year (although according to their site, they were supposed to reopen on February 2nd).
Also, no response from the support ticket I sent in either. I'm going to be their worst nightmare until I get a refund.
