I ordered a dress for an event and paid for the 6-8 non-holiday business day shipping. Those 6-8 days have long passed.
I tried nicely contacting them about it, and they gave me some pitiful excuse about the shipping time not including the processing time. I demanded that I get refund for the shipping, as that information was not on the website, but they've been giving me the run around and making excuses that are barely coherent.
Needless to say, I'm livid. Terrible company.
