I ordered a jacket on Oct.9th and they have my money its out of my bank account.And on there "official" website it say they have a live chat and never is available.

If i would have known there was alot of comments and if i had read the reviews i would have never ordered it.The photo below is what i ordered.

This reviewer shared experience about problems with payment and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Dresslily and uploaded a picture. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
