I ordered a shirt from them more than 3 months ago. I received email confirmation that it shipped, but the link to track the package stopped working.

I never received my order and surprise surprise - there's no way to contact any customer service. I've even attempted to respond the the original confirmation email and never received a reply. DO NOT order from this company - they are a HUGE scam and I'm glad they only got 15 bucks from me. Absolutely a Chinese Company taking our money and laughing all the way to the bank.

Now I'm trying to post my review and Pissed Consumer can't seem to post without at least 100 words, even though there are PLENTY of reviews out there without that many words. How frustrating to an already frustrated person!

Product or Service Mentioned: Dresslily Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: No returns for ill fitting garments, Online chat never available, Merchandise not received but charged.
