I had a horrible experience with dresslily and will never buy from them again. They have rude email only customer service and they do nothing to appease the customer. My dress was backordered and was not expected to ship within the 8 - 15 day expected ship time and they will do nothing to expedite the shipping since I needed that dress for a Christmas party and they were shipping it late.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of expedited delivery service. Dresslily needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
