Very difficult communicating with company, takes forever to even sign in if at all, between telling you your email is no good, then you didnt copy the code word right ect ect, spent easily half hr or more just trying to sign on.I have sent many bad reviews lately and will never order from them again, way to much hassel.
Figured would never see my refund after returning product at my expense. Only to accidently just yesterday noticed on my credit card statement i did recieve credit for amount of purchase. Wasted more time following up and complaining when a simple email to me that refund had processed already would if been so easy.
Anyway im done, have my money back, moving on.Good luck to anyone else facing same issues.
