Wonderful all around | DressLily

DressLily is a wonderful site. I've ordered so many items from them and love almost everything. The few items I've had to return due to improper sizing on my part have been easily exchanged or credited to my account. They have a huge selection and awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

This company owes me a refund for a pair of boots I returned to them. They even issued me an RMA number for returning and they've refused to refund my money. Will NEVER order from them again and going to contact the BBB.

Kind and Nice | DressLily

I have an order but it was months ago. I wasn't satisfied with one of the dresses in that order. Yet Dresslily contact me and asked what's my feeling toward their product. I told them how I thought, they apologize for that and offer me a refund kindly. It would very surprising that even months have passed, they were really working on customer services. I will strongly recommend Dresslily for who wanted to try on some new dress. It was a nice experience buying things and been considered so thoughtful at the same time. They are really warm.
