On December 13th 2016 I was looking at Facebook and an online ad kept popping up. It was a lady inside a knitted "mermaid-fishtail" blanket.
I clicked on the site and was looking for Christmas gifts. I found the one I liked for a friend and proceeded to buy it. The site did give an idea upon delivery which was 15 to -20 business days for standard mail. I completed the transaction and noticed that the amount of $21.41 was taken out of my acct.
Well, Christmas came and went- still not delivery of the item from Dresslily and I emailed the company to receive a typical generic email on their policies for delivering- them I told my friend(who the gift was orginally for for Christmas that it was gong to be a birthday present- well, her birthday passed by and it has been a daily routine now to wait for the mail, be disappointed and email DressLily to vent and it is presently January 20th 2017 and I still have not received what I had ordered on Dec 13th and I STILL have not received any call back frin DressLliy Company/apology- or refund or explaination to what the heck happened to my package, and how they will fix this problem.
