I ordered a dress from them back in April and once it got to the U.S 8 days later, it was never seen again. I didn't order a tracking number (extra payment if you want that of course) so the last I saw was it hit customs.
I emailed them after about a month since it says 10-25 business days to receive, and they told me I had to wait yet another month before they could offer me a solution! They told me to check with my neighbors and post office for it also, which I have never had a problem with my post office before. Two months later when my dress still hasn't arrived, they say they'll send me another one.. I do not want to wait another two months for me to not get this dress.
Asked for a refund instead because now I don't even want that dress, chances are it's not the exact color green as pictured on their website (like my other purchase from them). Now I have to wait two weeks for them to refund my credit card..
