I ordered four items, and they shipped three of them, but it took awhile to get here, (I looked back at their shipping policy and it says it could take as long as 10-25 business days!) I couldn't track my order and they gave me some bs about it can't be tracked once it leaves their country (items are coming straight from China, that's why they are so cheap).I ordered my items on Jan.
23 and I still haven't received the fourth piece in my order and when I enter my tracking number in their crappy system it says it was in the US transferred to customs on Feb. 28. Today is April 19.
They have a messaging system, but when you write they just email you the same generic response everytime.They also have a "live chat" feature on their website, but when you submit your question the pop-up goes away!
