this happened 5 months ago I finally quit trying to contact them,,, there was no response from them.. I fifst called, left a message..got an email back saying they were out of office for the holidays(Christmas), that I would get a response after holidays....I did not...sent another email, tried calling multiple times, did n ot get ahold of anyone....I finally quit Ignore no esponse to this dahy and its April...I would still like the shower curtain I ordered, they got my money...I think theie service sucks and I would never order from them again...they will get a negative review from me....just like this review, I cant leave it unless its at least 100 words...well what more can I say...this company stinks
