Have you sent customer service a message yet?10 times out of 10 if it hasnt shipped yet its because every single thing you ordered is backordered.

They dont send you a message letting you this info and you have to email them asking where it is first.Went through this already, and Ive been dealing with this joke of a company since April trying to get my refund.
