No certification of order on e mail

Made a purchase of almost $100 dollars..After doing the transaction I expected to.receive A notification that confirmed my purchase...None was received..in my email at Lyndrfon@ gmail .com...Nothing ...The CREDIT CARD CO .THAT WAS USED was called &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; found there IS a wait or delay.or hold .??? .I really enjoyed picking The articles of clothing ..SO MUCH FUN ...PLEASE DO NOT DISAPPOINT..THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS ..PLEASE CONFIRM MY ORDER...THIS HAS UPSET ME TO THINK THAT THIS MAY HAVE BEEN A SCAM ..AND SAD BECAUSE I REALLY LOVED MY PICKS AND HOPED TO CONTINUE TO PURCHASE. MORE. AFTER I SEE THE QUALITY AND FIT ..ONLY LOGICAL ..PLEASE RUSH THIS ORDER SO I CAN WEAR THE THINGS I PURCHASED..HOPE TO HEAR ANYTHING ENCOURAGING LIKE A CONFORMATION...AND. I called and asked for a refund because I have not received the dress going on 3 months now I would not recommend buying from them at all

Ordered dress back in August still no dress keep sending emails keep getting what seems automated responses same response every time no phone number to call should all be zero stars

Charges on my debit card i did not authorize

Customer service at dersslily are a joke they will not look up the transactions i had unauthorized charges on my debit card wojld not allow me to speak with anyone that would help me find out where the purchase was being shipped to could only speak enobroken English for me to understand the 3 words that he could speak (ok my friend) and I was not able to resolve any of my issues I had to cancel my bank account they are a company that clearly only cares about securing 1 thing and that is the money in there corporate bank account sure not concerned with it being taken out of mine with no permission to take the funds in the first place i would recommend that no one purchase anything from any company that doesn't put the need safety and security of there customers both at present and future ahead of there own greedy profit

Customer service is terrible

I liked the items I got from this site. Many of their items are very cute and I am very fond of them, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Two of my items did not fit and trying to send them back was awful. You have to pay for your own return shipping, no shipping lable is provided. MULTIPLE times I would send messages to them and their reply only loosely related, only answered the first portion of, or even almost entirely missed what I wrote. I felt like they weren't actually reading my replies for the majority of this time, and more than once I had to send the same question or comment multiple times since it was not addressed the first time. It did take me longer than it should have to send my return since I did not have a printer to print off the paper they provide that they require you put inside the package, which is not their fault. After my return did arrive I did not hear from them for two weeks until I contacted them to ask what what going on to be told my items, which I was hoping to exchange for different sizes, were now out of stock. The shipping to receive the items also was EXTREMELY long, though I'm sure my experience was in part effected by Covid.

My order #1W6AJ7R35288, ordered 5-1-2020 has not been delivered yet as of 8-3-2020. It has been already charged to my Credit Card, in amount of $44.68.

Problem with my order

I have been trying to get my order sent out to me for about 5 to 6 weeks. What have I gotten for ordering from Dress Lily. Nothing but nothing. No products, 2 items were ordered. 0 zero items sent, zero items received. Why bother to have me write a review when all I got was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! AND TO TOP OFF NOT GETTING ANY ODER FULFILLED AND SENT TO ME I HAD SUBMIT A Dispute TO GET MY CHARGED FEE FOR THE ORDER BACK IN MY POSSESSION! NOT GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL!!!!!

I did not receive my order

My order said it was delivered May 21st. I never received it. I called customer service and no one ever answered. I kept calling back and the phone would only ring. I contacted someone online and explained the situation. That gave me a ticket, and said someone could call me without the hour or two. No one ever called me. I contacted the online customer service again. They said they could not help me. The number I was just given was out of service. I spent 53 dollars and never received anything, and I am getting no help.
