I ordered a men's small coat on October 15th. The monies were taken out of pay pal the same day.

I never got e-mail updates from this company. I finally wrote and was told it was out of stock and would have the coat in by November 24th the latest and be mailed priory mail. Once again, nothing came. I wrote back and said if I didn't have the coat by December 5th, I want my monies back.

As of today, December 1st, the monies were put back in the account, thank God! The e-mail from them gave no apologies or explanation as to why I didn't get the coat. I mean, over 6 weeks of wasting my time when I could have gotten a coat someplace else. I'm glad it was a Christmas present and not for someone's birthday.

What a terrible company. Never again.

And why do they keep advertising this coat on my computer if they don't have the product. I'm just grateful to get my monies back.
