Dress Review

I am very upset with the clothes I ordered and received. They are smaller than the size on clothing. They are not dresses they are shirts. These clothes are junk and I want a refund on my returned items.

Put in order for 2 sweaters back in january 2015...never recieved them...cancelled order....was told would be refunded but never was....have addressed this issue many times and nothing has been resolved...I'm warning anyone that is thinking of ordering from this website "dresslilly" DON'T BECAUSE THEY WON'T SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY....THEY ARE A SCAM OPERATION AND I'M POSTING THIS ON FACEBOOK TO WARN EVERYONE OF THEIR FRAUD!

Never doing business again | DressLily review from Dover, Florida

I ordered 3 items and had a list of many other items I WAS going to order BUT....after weeks of waiting I receive 2 of the 3 items...One being an XS and I ordered Large and never received my 3rd item at all. But they sure deducted the payment. When I emailed to complain I was told that I had to take pictures and other uncalled for things to do to make THEIR mistake right. I will never order anything again and will make sure NO ONE that I know does either. Very Unprofessional and no customer should be treated this way. If I had to rate the company they wouldn't even deserve 1 star.

Dresslily - Dress Review from Roseburg, Oregon

I ordered a dress, 3/4/2015, it is now 4/28/2915 AND NO DRESS! the sight said 10 to 15 days, shows it was shipped, still no dress and can't find a number for customer service. What now, what do i do, am i really out the money and no product!? This sight is bad! Stick with zulily, at least you can contact someone, and they follow through. I am now out 30 bucks and nothing to show for it! Don't order from this site! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Order paid for and not delivered | DressLily review from Woodstock, New South Wales

I ordered a couple of items for my daughter and her two teen daughters 2 arrived and 2 more are nowhere to be seen. Very upset about this as gifts were adjuncts to larger presents for their birthdays. Also another order not completed at all. Earlier order received but sizes wrong and item too small for me to wear. One item - a white scarfe - was not a very well made item, nothing like the picture of the item at all. I had to make a few snips to the threads and to the exotic fabric to make it wearable.

I ordered a dress and a shirt. The shirt was way too big and the dress had *** that was visible. I messaged them and they asked me for pictures and told me they would give me 5 dollars back and my order was 30 dollars. They do not take responsibilities for their actions I would never in my life order from them again and do not advise other to order from them as well. It took me a month and a half to get my shipment and when the shipment arrived I was s disappointed not only was it to big for me...the other item had *** in it which was bad on their part for not taking correct action.
