I ordered from their site in August, and by the end of September, they had only told me that one item was out of stock, but to be patient and wait for the rest of the items. I asked what the item was, because it only showed the SKU number, and also asked when the remaining items would be coming. They ignored both questions, responding with "if you don't see it by october 30th, contact us" and listed the remaining 7 items BY SKU NUMBER ONLY. I messaged back and again said their site doesn't search by SKU number, so PLEASE advise what the item was. They responded with "I already told you, it's (blah blah)" which she absolutely did not tell me before. I said I wanted a refund, and they offered me $5.00. I have been asking for a refund in plain English over and over again, and they keep telling me to be patient and wait, but I absolutely will not. I have read reviews about people waiting almost a year without ever getting their items or their money back. I want a full refund, and will settle for nothing less. this company needs to be brought down.

Unreceived goods

I ordered a top on September 10th,was e-mailed that my top had been dispatched on 11th September,money was taken from my account 14th September.November 9th.56 days later.NO TOP. I have e-mailed 'dresslily' & been fobbed off with 'shipping is subject to delays due to bank holidays etc Last British bank holiday end of August !! Any excuse !!I have now contacted my bank to see how I can be refunded !! Last e-mailed 2nd of November,have to wait until 11th of November before 'dresslily' will deem my package as lost !! Having seen other comments I'm not optimistic of a satisfactory conclusion.Lesson learned-read reviews before buying anything!!

I went thru the same thing. Finally got my refund once I threatened legal action.

They tried to only refund a portion so I again, threatened legal action.

I ordered August 5th. Finally on October 29th I got my refund.

Dresslily although they say they have live chat, they do not, no phone number to contact, I have got nothing but a run around trying to return items, they want you to send pictures to them are they kidding? Some items smelled really bad.

They were all crammed into a little bag.This is a poor quality clothing site in any and all respects. Do not order from sites without calling and checking the customer service first. I will be calling the BBB for sure, since I am unable to return.

I lost $88 to them. What a SCAM they have going.

Dresslily is a Fraud.

I ordered a wig from this company not knowing their background for deceiving customers, they did not send me what I ordered, then I find out they don't have an address for return items, if you send them an e-mail, they don't answer, they already have over 300 complaints with the BBB, how are they staying in business, the people should be warned not to shop with dresslily , or lilydress , because they also have two names, now I must make a complaint with BBB to get my money back. Is there a law against what this business is doing, I am 65 yr. of age , and I should not have to track this company down just to get a address to send this wig back for a refund.

It has been two months and I have not received my items

I am Extremely disappointed with this racket because;I can't bring myself to call it a business there is no phone # listed where you can reach them. Recently I can not submit a ticket of complaint it keeps telling me wrong account # which is bull am using the same one that was sent to me. Terrible service made an order back on about the first of September 2015 and now it is November 2015 and yet to receive anything. I am from Lakeland TN.38002. I ordered through PayPal so they sent me an email when they received my payment and the date that it had been shipped out. Is there an available phone number to reach them I have searched their website for it over and over again. I will never ever order anything again from dress Shady ( dress lily)!

How is this company allowed to operate?! I started the refund process a month ago yesterday. ONE MONTH!! Was able to send the clothes back to an American address to avoid paying $60+ in shipping to China. The return was delivered and I was told I had to "close out" my ticket in the customer support in order to get refunded. Did that and I had started another ticket asking how long it takes to refund. Totally did not answer my question and they said I had to close the ticket out again. What the?! And they are refunding me $4 less then the total paid because of insurance? I'm so confused. Thank God I filed a complaint with PayPal.

I ordered a few clothing items from DressLily 8 weeks ago and have not received anything. I've contacted them 3 times- customer service as good as non-existent. I was asked to keep waiting and no refund given despite my requests to have them do so. DO NOT shop there! Someone is pocketing $$ via this scam of a company. Never ever do business with this company

I placed an order for four shirts from this company, all sized large. It took almost a month and I have received only two of the four items I ordered. The two items that arrived, even though were size "large" are so small that they won't even fit me. I contacted the company telling explaining this to me and they're making excuses, not addressing the issue that the shirts don't fit me and my dissatisfaction and are not proactive in trying to solve the situation. They'll refund my purchase when I send the items back (shipping at my expense). Two of the items have not arrived yet and my trust and faith in this company is at the point where I don't even trust them to refund my money even after I would ship these items back to them (again, at my expense). To add insult to injury, the two items (both Marvel themed) are unlicensed (which Marvel will hear about). Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and never buy anything from this company. Their customer service is terrible and their products are cheap, inferior, knockoffs.

They make Returns intentionally impossible

I purchased 2 tops from dresslily and they both were cheap quality and way undersized. I could not get either top over my head and I order a medium. I order online frequently and never have this problem. The customer service is like a merry-go-round. They intentionally make it impossible to return anything. I lost my money and after spending hours trying to get it returned to get a refund I decided to chalk it up to learning not to order from dresslily again!!!!! They have no customer service number so you cannot call for help. They have on their website that it is currently closed, but it is never open either.
