I placed an order for $54.32 and paid for it on paypal. Then about a week after I order I get an email saying that due to unforseen circumstances, I would have to pay more for shipping. They never stated an actual amount but wanted me to approve it on my credit card. So I cancelled the entire order. Over 2 weeks later I received a refund of $7.30. Ordered two sweaters, size XXL. Received two sweaters size Small. My order was correct. Contacted company, very hard to deal with. There policy is that you return the purchase to them at your expense, Knowing that they made the mistake and the cost of mailing to them is great. They do not give refunds, there policy as they say is we give you a store dollar credit to be used to make another purchase, this is a joke. Its all a matter of wearing... Read more

Ordered goods from Dresslily, received 2 of 3 items ordered ,no email comfirmation of my order, no invoice, despatch note, delivery note, no paperwork at all. Apparently none of the numbers on the parcel match with anything that Dresslily have on record !! no record whatsoever of my order. This company is a fraude ... on Dicember 10th 2016 I ordered a product from them and I was told that I would take up to 30 days its already January 20th and now they are telling me that it's going to take till the end of February.... Do not buy from them you'll lose your money

On December 13th 2016 I was looking at Facebook and an online ad kept popping up. It was a lady inside a knitted "mermaid-fishtail" blanket. I clicked on the site and was looking for Christmas gifts. I found the one I liked for a friend and proceeded to buy it. The site did give an idea upon delivery which was 15 to -20 business days for standard mail. I made my order on 1-12-17. I paid extra for expedited delivery for 3 to 4 days. It has now been a full week and I still haven't received my package. I leave out of town on Monday 1-23-17 and needed my dresses for an event I'm attending. I am worried now that this will not happen because I just found out your company is in China? I can not track my order! I spent $40 on three bathing suits thinking I could save time and money being a single mom. Now here I am waiting and waiting and waiting to be able to track my items and see when I will get them and I can not. I know you will be more than glad to assist me and get my items I bought to me in a timely manner. I expect to be hearing from you soon. Thanks!
