I ordered a button up sweatshirt in December and still haven't received it ! Then tried calling and get an answering machine ! This is unexceptable ! I want my money back or the product I ordered ! Add comment

It's now been 2 weeks since my items supposedly have shipped and still no order! I've tried contacting them numerous times with no luck. The online chat is a joke, it doesn't work. Hi. .i got a necklace from Dresslily that cost s lot more from other sites and it's very nice..well made...not cheap looking at all. OMG the dresses i purchased looked nothing like the website plus they were made out of halloween costume material. I paid for express shipping which my items were to arrive within 3 to 5 days they just arrived today. This is a horrible website beware. Add comment

Where is my order? I should have have done more research before I ordered. No phone number to call. I have reveived no merchandise after 10 days. I have been trying to get a refund request for clothing that doesn't fit. It seems like their woman's size run smaller than other retail department stores. I tried to resolve this issue at their support service website and by phone to no avail to date. My only other recourse was to open a claim through PayPal. Read more

I ordered two dresses and should have done my research first. I received the dresses about 6 weeks later (not too bad for ordering from China--I do it a lot on ebay and have much better success because of the protections and reviews on ebay). Ordered two shirt, one was Dec.3 the other was Jan.2 2016__well received one, the size lg. Looked like a sm. The hem had a cap opening which was poor sewing, never received the other one, could not get no response from those fake numbers, the quality of the material was worth 12.00 for the shirt, I sad these jerks are still in business and ripping good people off.
